The belt is one of those under-appreciated, unlauded accessories. But local Boston designer Deborah Oshry is trying to change all that with her new line of leather belts, Deborah Elle. Oshry believes that the humble belt actually has the power to bring your outfit to a whole new level. Case in point: simple jeans and a wrap sweater look a lot more chic when belted with a skinny, patent leather, double wrap belt!
