Savvy in Your City: Summer Activities in Boston

London Times maxidress

colored maxi dress

Summertime is finally here - what are your plans? If you could use a little assistance in the summer activity department, London Times and I have got you covered. Check out their Savvy in Your City page for fun summertime tips in cities all across the U.S. and Canada. Meanwhile, I've got some of my favorite summer activity ideas for Boston right here!

TBF's Top Five Summer Activities in Boston:

5. Head out to the Boston Harbor Islands. You can tour the lighthouses, have a clambake or take out a kayak.
4. Check out the SOWA Open Market. It's a Farmer's Market, Vintage Flea Market, Food Truck Collection and Arts Market, all rolled in to one!
3. Head down to the Cape and attend a Cape Cod Baseball League game. The best college players in the country are recruited to this summer league - one in six players in the Cape Cod League will go on to play in The Show.
2. Want to hit the beach, but don't have a car? You can take the T to Crane Beach in Ipswich. Catch a Newburyport/Rockport line train from North Station. From the Ipswich train station, take a CATA shuttle right to the beach.

My number one tip? You'll have to head on over to London Times' Savvy in Your City to find out!

  4. I love visiting Boston, but I never seem to make it there during the warmer months, which is a shame, since there is so much going on to enjoy!

    1. Oh, that is the best time to be here. But be careful, when people visit Boston in the summer, they tend to fall in love with the city!

  9. You look absolutely gorgeous in that dress (and the recent spray tan looks great, very natural!) I went to Crane's this past weekend, definitely one of my favorite beaches!
