Leather Skirt & San-boos

It's the second time this week I've worn this simple, white silk blouse with leather. I previously wore it with (p)leather pants - a look decidedly more rock n' roll than this one. This green leather skirt is more professional than punk, and paired with a cashmere wrap it was perfect for a warm autumn day. Speaking of warm, I'm trying to get in all the wear that I can with my inappropriate winter footwear. I learned this week in the nail salon this particular style is called a 'san-boo' - part sandal, part boot. Thanks fashion, for bringing the word san-boo into my vernacular...

    1. The more I say it, the more I like it. It sounds like something from Star Wars...Beware the SAN-BOO!

    1. I felt embarrassed even writing it. But now I've kind of embraced it - the word it fun! OK, it's ridiculous, but still fun!
